Each one worn smooth by time and current, marked by the particular conditions of this coastline, coloured by the minerals and light of the southern sea.

There is a long tradition of finding beauty in what the ocean gives. Of walking the shoreline slowly, eyes down, noticing. Of understanding that the sea is generous in its own way — offering up its treasures quietly, to those who are paying attention.

Valentine's Treasure is that generosity, held still. A composition that arrived without planning, arranged by forces older than any of us, and captured at the moment it was most itself.
