Debra Sturm is a healer based on Rakiura. Through the ancient Māori practice of Rongōā, she works to restore your mauri — your life force energy — releasing and reconnecting you physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Her practice weaves together rongōā, mirimiri, karakia, wairua, wai rākau — plant medicine — and hinemoa — the sea. Healing that is rooted in this land. In this culture. In something far older and wiser than any of us.
