SHIPPING ESTIMATE

Every EASTERLY piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is created after you place it, then shipped by our trusted print partners, usually from the US or Europe.

Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on what's in your cart and where it's going. As a guide, most New Zealand orders ship for $14–$30 NZD; international orders vary by destination. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after you order.

Free shipping: New Zealand orders over $250 NZD ship free.

Delivery time: Please allow 3–6 weeks from order to delivery, as every piece is made to order just for you. Remote corners of the world can take a little longer.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders: Some countries charge customs or import fees on arrival. These are set by your country's government and are the customer's responsibility. There are no import duties on orders within New Zealand.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns: Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you'd like to return an item. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or have an issue with your order, reach out and we'll make it right.

Please note: Because each piece is made-to-order, we can't accept returns on customized or personalized items.

We use simple packaging because we invest in what matters: quality materials and ethical production.

Your order will arrive thoughtfully packed and ready to wear. If you have specific packaging requests, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How do I access my digital download?

Your download link will be emailed to you instantly after purchase. Can't find the email? Log in to your EASTERLY account at account.easterly.kiwi to access your purchases anytime. 🌊
