A few things worth knowing before your order arrives:

Colour Images online are always more vivid than the finished print. This is normal — screens display colour differently to fabric. All-over print tees on cotton will appear softer and more muted than the digital preview. Hoodies are truer to colour, but some variation is still natural.

Stiffness Any garment printed on cotton may feel slightly stiff in the print area on first wear. This is completely normal and softens beautifully after the first wash.

Heat Transfer Residue Some garments — particularly those with heat transfer elements — may arrive with a slight residue on the print. Don't be alarmed. It's normal, harmless, and will wash away completely after the first wash.

The Bottom Line Every EASTERLY piece is made to order and printed by hand. Minor variations are part of the process — and part of what makes your piece yours.

Every EASTERLY piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. Shipping times vary by destination — most NZ orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

Because every EASTERLY piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. Please measure carefully before ordering — we recommend at least three times. When in doubt, size up.
